Jsibella started with one overflowing wardrobe and one uncomfortable number: the world produces over 90 million tonnes of textile waste every year, and most of it is perfectly good fabric.
So we stopped buying new material altogether. Every jsibella piece begins its life as something else, a stretched-out band tee, say, or a silk scarf from a Prague flea market. We wash it and cut it into yarn and panels, then crochet or sew it into something you’ll want to keep forever.
Nothing is mass-produced, and nothing is identical. A “limoncello” pouch made in March will never match one made in May, because the t-shirts that became them lived different lives. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
And when your bella eventually needs a little care, send it back. we repair every piece we’ve ever made, for free, forever.
