how long does shipping take?
Standard EU shipping takes 2–5 business days (€4.90, free over €90). Express is 1–2 days (€9.90). We ship worldwide. Rates for the rest of the world show up at checkout.
can i return a piece?
Yes. 30 days, no drama. One-of-a-kind pieces can be returned too; someone else will love them. Custom orders made from your own clothes are the only non-returnable items, for obvious sentimental reasons.
how do i care for a crocheted bella?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Keep it away from velcro (its natural predator). If anything ever comes loose, repairs are free forever.
is it really made from secondhand clothes?
Really really. Every product page tells you what the piece used to be, maybe four t-shirts, maybe a pair of Levi’s. One pouch began as somebody’s nonna’s scarf. We buy zero new fabric.
